How To Order
TO PLACE AN ORDER:

Please call anytime between 9:00 a.m. & 7:00 pm CST.  This
is my home phone # as I work from home and have two
children (yep, it's just me - I'm trying to figure out how to
attach more hands.....).

Feel free to leave a message on my machine if I don't answer
and please don't be alarmed if you hear a 'bit of noise' in the
background when your call is answered.
Such is the nature of life with children, animals, gnomes, and
fairies running around!

***I take paypal, personal checks, money order, Visa, and
Mastercard!

Please describe your choice(s) by noting; the name of the
item(s) and any special detailing you'd like, such as color,
accessories, etc...
Also, please list your state and zip code so that I may
estimate shipping. I generally ship using priority mail
through the post office with insurance and delivery
confirmation. Please let me know if you have a different
preference.

You may choose to pay via paypal, a personal check, money
order, or with a Visa/Mastercard.

If you choose paypal, you may send your info & payment
using the "sagedreamdesign@yahoo.com" email address
OR if you prefer,
I will calculate your order total and send you a paypal
invoice to your email address.

If you wish to mail a check or money order, please address
your check and envelope to;

If you wish to pay via credit card, please call me with your card
number rather than putting it into an email to ensure your
information is protected!

If your item is in stock (such as small toys) I will ship within
1-2 days after payment is received.  I will notify you promptly
if there will be any delay.

If your item is made-to-order (like dolls or playscapes) I will
begin working on your order as soon as payment is received.  
I will notify you of an estimated ship date at the
time of your order.   

Most dolls are ready to ship within 7 days.   Playscapes take
longer, often up to 14 days, depending upon the complexity of
the piece. Contact me for info regarding RUSH ORDERS -
they can be done but we'll need to chat!

If you happen to know in advance what you might want to
order during the holiday season, a "heads up" or early
ordering is much appreciated! I know there are some of you
out there.....

If you have any questions or would like assistance sorting
through the choices of products, I am happy to help.  I will
assist you in finding just the right product for yourself or
loved one.

Also, remember, all playscapes and dolls are "made-to-order",
which allows me to customize them at No Extra Charge.   

With dolls or toys, you can request specific colors and/or
styles. With playscapes, you can choose your favorite
elements and we can combine them into one playset perfect
for the child or loved one you have in mind,
or perhaps, yourself...!

Everything I make is a labor of love.  I want you to be as
pleased with the work as I am.  If you are unhappy with your
purchase for any reason and would like to return it for a
refund, I need to hear from you within 3 days of receipt of
your item(s).  You will need to pay return shipping, and
item(s) must be returned to me in the original packaging and
in new, original condition.  Sorry, no refunds on original
shipping charges.  

Of course, if there is any workmanship defect in your item(s)
please report your concerns to me within 3 days of receipt of
your order and I will reimburse your shipping charges.
